ABOUT US

St. Agatha Home Healthcare began with the shared vision of our three founders to become the leading in-home nursing organization for the Henderson community. Our organization was founded on January 29th, 2019, with the people-centered mission of providing high quality services and compassionate care for all of our clients and team members.

With over 50 years of combined experience, our founders Ariel Avila, Imelda Serrano, and Alfred Esguerra fully understand what it takes to meet and exceed our senior citizens’ expectations.

Imelda Serrano, BSN, RN – Co-founder

Ms. Serrano is a Medical Surgical Nurse Shift Manager and has more than 20 years of nursing experience and is passionate about caring for her patients. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is a Registered Nurse.

Ariel Avila, BSN, RN – Co-founder

Mr. Avila holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is a Registered Nurse. He is a former Emergency Department nurse with over 20 years of nursing experience.

Alfred Esguerra, BSN, RN – Co-founder

Mr. Esguerra is a registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has over a decade of nursing experience and has a strong desire to achieve excellence in quality patient care.

Our Accreditation

St. Agatha Home Healthcare is accredited by The Joint Commission and has received The Gold Seal of Approval®. The Gold Seal of Approval® is awarded only to healthcare organizations that undergo an optional yet rigorous evaluation. This evaluation certifies that our organization meets the high standards necessary for delivering world-class care and that we engage in continuous improvement initiatives (The Joint Commission, n.d.).
