Skilled NursingWe provide specialized, personalized home health services, including daily IV antibiotic therapy. St. Agatha Home Health manages all aspects of infusion care, regardless of the prescribed medication. The prescribing physician oversees treatment and required lab monitoring, while a skilled nurse provides in‑home education on equipment use and medication administration for patients or caregivers. Our goal is to deliver high‑quality, complex care safely and comfortably in the home.
